I’m sticking to my daily point allowance and that’s it. I hope for better numbers next week.
Today I made Weight Watchers 15-minute Vegetarian Chili. Very good and filling. The only changes I made- olive oil instead of canola oil and I added an extra 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper for more heat. Great on a chilly day like today.
And we got the rest of our family photos from the photographer today. I am in love. Get ready for a picture explosion. Some are sure to make you smile.
What a wonderful life we have. I pinch myself daily.
